You'll own new starter onboarding end to end, run company travel including our 100 person annual offsite, and keep leadership meetings, expenses and documents in order. Based in India, working hours overlapping Australia. Suits someone with 4+ years supporting senior leaders who makes the call rather than escalating it.","

We are proud winners of the Google Partner of the Year, and Best Place to Work awards in 2025 and 2026.

Aviato Consulting, founded by ex-Googlers, specializes in Google Cloud and AI solutions. We combine deep technical expertise with the open, fun engineering culture of Google minus the bureaucracy.

What's in it for you?

Work with the people who run the company: You'll support five leaders directly, our CEO, CTO, Director of Delivery, Director of Ops and Director of People. You'll see how decisions get made, not just the calendar entries that follow them.
Real scope, not diary management: Onboarding every new consultant across three countries, and running company travel including our annual offsite for 100 people.
A small team where the work is visible: Aviato is not large enough for anyone to be a cog. What you fix stays fixed, and people notice.
Verified Happiness: Join a team objectively recognized as a \"Best Place to Work\" two years running.
ESOP: Share in our success with our employee option plan. [confirm eligibility for India entity before publishing]

Role Description

Working Hours are IST 07:00 - 15:00 to ensure more overlapp with Australia hours.
Onboarding: Own the new starter process end to end. Accounts, hardware, system access, first-week schedule and introductions, so a consultant's day one is productive rather than spent waiting.
Executive support: Diary and inbox for five directors across Australia, India and Singapore. Booking, triage, protecting time, and making the call yourself on what actually needs their attention.
Travel and events: Flights, accommodation, visas and ground logistics for individual client travel and for group events, including a 100 person offsite across three countries.
Meetings that produce something: Take notes in leadership and client meetings, circulate actions with an owner and a date against each, and chase the ones that stall.
Admin accuracy: Expense claims, subcontractor invoices against purchase orders, document version control in Google Drive, and our certification register for Google Cloud partner requirements.
Confidentiality: You'll handle salary, candidate and client information every week. Knowing what not to forward matters as much as anything else in this list.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Experience: 4+ years supporting senior leaders, ideally more than one at a time, in a professional services, consulting or technology business.
Group travel: You have booked and run travel for a group, not just individuals. Visas, group rates, itineraries, and the phone call at 11pm when a flight is cancelled.
Google Workspace: Confident in Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs and Sheets, including delegated inbox access and shared drive permissions.
Judgement: You decide which of four urgent requests goes first and tell the other three when theirs will land, rather than escalating the conflict back up.
Written English: Clear, short, professional. You'll write to clients, candidates and partners on our behalf.
Time zones: Comfortable working hours that overlap Australian business hours from India.

Bonus Points:

Experience coordinating international visa applications, particularly Australian and Singaporean visitor and work visas.
Familiarity with HubSpot, or another CRM you kept clean.
Experience in a company that grew quickly, where the process you inherited was the one you had to build.
Event management experience, offsites, conferences or partner events.

Our Core Values:

We operate with radical transparency, believe in rigorous teamwork, prioritize continuous excellence and growth, and deliver exceptional value as dedicated client partners.
